Club Race Day Benefits

If your team has 10+ in-person members registered for a Club Cup race two weeks before race day, you’ll enjoy:

  • A team tent set up by Trivium, featuring a banner with your club’s name/logo
  • Your registration packets, ready at the tent (skip packet pickup lines)
  • Food, drinks, and goodies waiting for your team.
  • Dedicated club porta potties at select races (see below)

Club Cup Competition

All registered clubs, regardless of size, are automatically entered in the Club Cup Competition! Each individual race will crown a Club winner based on participant finishes, volunteers, and OA and AG placement. Additionally, all clubs earn parts towards the overall 2026 club competition that runs from Winter Trail Fest East in February through Black Toenail Friday in November!

  • The top 3 club teams to receives a prize at the race!
  • Your registration packets, ready at the tent (skip packet pickup lines)
    • Available for any registrations on or prior to the Monday of the race. Registrations after that time will not be at the tent.
  • Food, drinks, and goodies waiting for your team.
  • Dedicated club porta potties and other perks at select races listed below.
  • Volunteer hours contribute to points
  • The Top 3 Clubs of the Club Competition will be treated to a club party!
