Program Description
We’re building a small, intentional group of athletes who help strengthen the Trivium Racing community—before, during, and beyond race day.
This program is about connection, consistency, and showing up. Members of the team help welcome participants into the Trivium family, support course preview runs, share knowledge and encouragement, and help others feel confident lining up at a start line—whether it’s their first Trivium event or their tenth.
What Community Team members do
Community Team members play an active, visible role in supporting Trivium events and the broader local endurance community. This includes:
- Leading or supporting 5–8 course preview runs, rides, or workouts per year
- Being a friendly, approachable presence at Trivium races and group activities
- Talking honestly and authentically about Trivium Racing when it comes up in conversation
- Sharing a Trivium discount code with their community when appropriate
- Helping connect new and returning participants to races, resources, and each other
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for people who:
- Enjoy bringing others together around racing and training
- Are comfortable engaging with people they may not already know in group settings
- Care about creating welcoming, positive experiences at races and community events
- Believe endurance sports spaces should feel inclusive, supportive, and approachable
Road, trail, and multisport athletes are all encouraged to apply. All paces, backgrounds, genders, and experience levels are welcome. You don’t need a large social media following—what matters most is reliability, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in helping others feel at home in the Trivium community.
Applicants should already be engaged in their local endurance community in at least one meaningful way, such as:
- Having an active social media presence related to running or multisport, or
- Being regularly involved at a local running store, or
- Being a consistent presence at group runs, rides, in tri groups, or at workouts
You may be affiliated with a club or unaffiliated—both are welcome. It’s also completely fine if you’ve served as a Trivium race ambassador in the past or are currently involved with other Trivium ambassador programs.
This is not about sales, pressure, or perfection. It’s about being present, being helpful, and helping Trivium Racing continue to feel like a place people want to return to—and invite others into.
