This event will be Virtual ONLY for 2020. If you are already registered, you will have the option to run your race wherever you are and still receive your shirt and medal. If you would like to race for awards, we will lay out a 5k course that you can run anytime between 6/27 and 7/6. Either way, you will have use of the RaceJoy app to track your progress, send and receive cheers from friends and family, and submit your results!
Registration is still open for the 5k version of this race!
For the third year Trenton SummerFest will be a part of the Trivium Mega Medal Series and the sixth event in the Trivium Southeast Michigan Championship! This is a fun, fast and scenic course through downtown Trenton, around Elizabeth Park and back to through the festival! This race will have a little bit of everything, a fast USATF certified course, amazing prizes, and a summer festival to follow! You will not want to miss this early summer road race!
2020 Mega Medal Series
The Trenton SummerFest races will be the second races in the Trivium Southeast Michigan Mega Medal Series in 2020! All the medals will connect to create one giant medal! The medal design will be coming out at the end of December! Finishers Medal: This race is the 3rd race in the 7 Mega Medal series of 2020! All 7 medals will connect to make one giant Mega Medal! This race will be a part of the Trivium Mega Medal as well as a part of the Trivium Individual Race Series and the Club Cup Race Series! The medals together will form a daisy for this years race. And keeping with the natural vintage theme, the 6 petal medals will be made of wood. The big medallion medal in the middle (Growler Gallop 10 Mile and 5K) will be made of metal and will have connection spots for each of the other race medals!

Registration for the virtual event closes on June 24th
Runners competing virtually will not be eligible for awards. Completion of the race distance must be done by June 27th. Medals and your race shirt will be sent out within 10 days of race date. Once you have completed the distance you can email your results to rich@triviumracing.com to get your finishers award!

*Economy Package: Due to costs and logistics, the price of the race has increased this year. We will continue to put on the best events possible and make our events well worth the money you put into them! If you are not interested in a medal, beer, or race shirt, and just want to race an amazing event please choose the economy package for a discounted event without the goodies.

This is the designated course for awards for the Enhanced Virtual 5k. Roads will not be closed for this event, so please follow traffic signals and stay safe. There will not be any aid on the course, so make sure to bring whatever you need!

Rules
Rules & Guidelines
In the event the race should be canceled for reasons beyond the control of the Race Director or Race Committee (inclement weather or unsafe weather conditions; local, state or national emergency), refunds will not be made, but race packets, including race shirts, will be available at a location to be determined. Information will be available on the race website.
Refund Policy: No refunds for any reason will be issued for this event within 30 days of the event start date. Earlier than 30 days before the event, a request may be made for a 50% refund (this will be 50% of entry fee, excluding any processing fees). Entries CANNOT be transferred or deferred to another event or year. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to this policy. By registering for this event you agree to this refund policy. Transfer policy: Entries can be transferred to another individual for a $5 transfer fee. T-shirt size will not be changeable. Entries CANNOT be transferred or deferred to another event or year.
