How do you create your own Buddha Bowl?
Base (pick one)
- White rice
- Forbidden rice (black rice with a nutty flavor)
- Quinoa
- Couscous
- Any other ancient grain
Vegetables (pick a few and load them on)
- Edamame
- Broccoli
- Avocado
- Pineapple
- Cucumber
- Carrots
- Sweet potato
- Butternut squash
- Kale
- Spinach
- Cabbage
Protein (pick one)
- Sardines

- Steak (thinly sliced and go easy on)
